With the advent of technology in our daily life, usage of Mobile Phones, Tabs, Computers, etc have increased multifold causing strain to our eyes and other muscles. With or without our knowledge we might be glued to the digital screen longer than required.
Recent facts reveal an increase in cases of eye disease and muscular pain in and around neck, shoulder and hands. Please do take care and follow some basics of using tech products mentioned below:
As much as possible reduce usage of gadgets.
Don’t keep unlocking your phone on every message. Not all messages are important. Keep separate tones for important groups or messages.
Avoid watching digital screens for more than 10 minutes. Even if your work involves then take off your eyes for 30 seconds to a plain white wall.
Regularly exercise – basics like rotating eyes, turning neck on all sides, rotating neck etc which will strengthen muscles.
Take ample rest and eat food that is good for your eyes and muscles.
